What a wonderful "Thankful Thursday" day!! I'm a little hesitant about posting this because if my Mom knew what was going on she would be upset. So if you are local please don't mention this to her. This is a very different time in our lives. Kids growing up, one will be a senior when school starts back this fall, one going to college, Tommy and myself wondering where God will lead us. I am thankful for the phone call that might just change our whole lives around us. New home, new area, new job. Do we stay or do we go? A chance at a home for us to retire (close to the water, see my header). Please, please pray for us as this new (venture) opportunity has come our way and we are not sure what is happening. Thank You God for your loving presence in our lives. Thank You for a chance for new beginnings for us. What a great day to be alive and getting the chance to do what God wants for us!!! I am so THANKFUL that I can ask for your prayers and truly know that you will, you are such prayer warriors!! I Love You!

This is so exciting, and I don't even know the details. But I like changes and adventure. I already prayed for you - that God would show you and your husband what He wants you to do. I know that the hardest part is telling the parents. We had to do that before we moved their 5 grandchildren 3000 miles away from them. Then, they thought that we would be back in a few years and we didn't go back. But, if it's what God wants you to do then you have to do it. I'm anxious to hear how it turns out.
Oh wow - new opportunities in your life. You know - sometimes we just need a new beginning. If is a chance to grow old at the new place - that would be cool :) And by the water is always good.
